Shipping times posted here apply to in-stock products only. Out-of-stock, backordered, and made-to-order products may experience longer fulfillment times and may have more details or expected restock dates on their detailed product pages.

​Non-custom fog light kits and brackets generally ship within two to four business days from the order date.

3D gills, projector adapter brackets, and wire harnesses ship within two business days. Some low volume/niche applications may be made-to-order, and can take up to 4 weeks from the order date to ship depending on parts availability. See product page for more details.

All custom orders, including customized headlights, taillights, fog lights, reflectors, etc. are built to order and may be subject to the current custom build waitlist as described in more detail below.

We process orders constantly, and often during busier seasons we receive orders faster than they are built. If you are placed on the waitlist, this means there may be other orders in line that will be built and shipped before we start on yours. You do not need to contact us shortly after placing your order to see if your project has shipped or when it will be done - once your build is finished you will automatically receive a shipment tracking information email through the website.

The waitlist information provided on our website is an estimation of when your headlights will arrive on the bench. It is not a guarantee of shipment date - your build will take time to complete after your turn on the wait list arrives. Your build may ship sooner or later than the estimated date based on the complexity of your build, as well as the number and complexity of other in progress projects. We cannot guarantee project completion dates or that your project will ship by the estimated date.

If you are sending in your own headlights for a project, you do not need to send them in immediately after placing the order if there is a wait list. We don't want you being without headlights for weeks or months while they sit on a shelf here. Instead, we will contact you approximately one week before your build is about to get processed with shipping information. In this way you can run your vehicle as long as possible, and only send the headlights to us when we are ready to modify them immediately.

If you need an order built to meet a certain deadline please contact us directly regarding expedited orders and fees. Regardless of waitlist position or duration our cancellation and returns policy still applies.
